Hey! I’m Jen.

I’m a psychologist, writer, wife and mom to two young kids who somehow still believes coffee counts as a food group. I was diagnosed with ADHD aged 34, and it completely changed how I saw myself not as scattered or “too much,” but as someone whose brain just runs on a different operating system.

Now, I help other women do the same: swap self-blame for self-understanding, and perfectionism for peace.

Through “The Gentle Guide” E-book and other services, I bring together psychology, lived experience, and a few laughs to remind you that your brain isn’t broken. It’s brilliant, bold, and beautifully wired (and maybe a little weird sometimes).

Over the years I have learned that having ADHD is absolutely not a superpower like it is often made out to be through social media. Any genuine ADHDer will agree that it can be really tough at times and we are definitely not “all a little ADHD!”

However, I’m here to tell you that you don’t need fixing. You just need to learn your own rhythm - and maybe keep a few extra snacks in your bag.

Together we’ll learn how to manage our wild and wonderful ADHD brains so that we can thrive and be the best version of ourselves.

I’m glad you’re here…
